Cookies are made in an environment where nuts are handled so we never advise consumption of our cookies if you have a severe nut allergy.

However, if you have mild nut allergies, know that only Choc Hazelnut Filled, Buena Filled, Dark Choc Walnut and Peanut Butter Filled contain nuts.

Cookies arrive in cartons of 24 and in bags of 6. There is only 1 flavour per carton.

‘Direct-to-door’ cookies have upto 7 days shelf life at room temperature. To extend shelf life, refrigerate or freeze cookies then thaw back to room temperature.

Cookies have a 1 year frozen or a 6 month refrigerated use by date.

Fully thaw cookies for 2-3 hours INSIDE the sealed bags before putting them out.

Always aim to sell cookies 1-2 days after defrosting for freshest and softest results. Never sell cookies 7 days after defrosting.

Keep defrosted cookies in sealed containers (at ambient or refrigerated temperature) when cookies aren’t on display.

Sell cookies in attractive rows using our complimentary flavour cards for best results.

Due to the butter and egg content of our cookies, we unfortunately do not offer any vegan/dairy free free options.

We do have two gluten free flavours: ‘Gluten Free Dark Choc Walnut’ & ‘Gluten Free Peanut Butter’.

The best way to get these are through our website (when they become available as a limited time offering) or by requesting your favourite cafe to stock them!

We offer free shipping for any wholesale order over 3 boxes (4 or 5 if you are in a rural location). You can order less if you’d like to pay for the shipping.

We do not have any certification however every cookie except Cookie Monster/M&M Oreo is halal friendly.
